Knowledge of health care consumers

In a context of rapid growth of the competition among private health care providers in Portugal  and changes of consumer behavior, the factors that requires new challenges to a lead player as José de Mello Saúde increase.
This was the scenario in which Return on Ideas was challenged to lead a project of in-depth research on the relationship of consumers with health care and private providers in particular.
Using a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research tools, it was possible to understand the consumer and compare his point of view with the different internal visions.
