Rui Alves

CEO of Return on Ideas, he leads the business development and ensures that all delivered work is always the best response to strategic challenges of every business and every client. He began his professional life in the area of ​​Corporate Finance and was the founder and administrator of several companies related to the area of ​​innovation and new technologies, including Innovagency. Today he is also dedicated to teaching, being a guest professor at the Portuguese Catholic University and ISCTE.

// CLARA CARDOSO

Clara Cardoso

Responsible for the Knowledge area of Return on Ideas, she is on the genesis of the conceptualization and launch of new products and projects, and monitoring all developed investigations. She began her professional life in banking, worked in strategic consulting and in projects related to information technology. Since 2009, with the release of the C-The Consumer Intelligence Lab, she is exclusively dedicated to the production and dissemination of knowledge about consumers and markets.

Joana Barbosa

Key part in monitoring projects of knowledge at Return on Ideas, currently coordinates all investigations undertaken by C-The Consumer Intelligence Lab. Joana also ensures all the administrative and financial matters of the company, as well as the daily office subjects. Devoted her previous professional life to consultancy in different areas, with particular focus on web strategy.

// MIGUEL FERNANDES

Miguel Alves

Responsible for leading consulting projects, Miguel ensures the coordination, planning, and execution of diverse strategic projects and business development initiatives at Return on Ideas. Also part of the C – The Consumer Intelligence Lab project, Miguel contributes to the sharing of knowledge and insights with clients, assuring a relevant “so what” reflection for their businesses. Miguel has over 10 years of international experience, with a particular focus on FMCG and the pharmaceutical industry, where he held multiple leadership positions in marketing and commercial strategy. In addition to taking part of the Return on Ideas team, Miguel is a certified professional coach by the International Coaching Federation and a visiting professor at Nova School of Business & Economics.

// ASSUNÇÃO CUNHA

Assunção Cunha

Graduated in Social and Cultural Communication, with a major in Cultural and Touristic Communication, Assunção began her career in the Art Market. In 2018 she joined Return On Ideas, where she works mainly in the area of ‘Knowledge’, with particular emphasis on research on trends and future thinking. At ROI, she leads a research platform on trends in the fields of architecture, design, urbanism, culture and leisure.

Ana Bandeira

Responsible for the administrative, financial and office management. Previously worked in different consultancy areas, such as organization and internal control, human resources and technological management control solutions, in different sectors of activity. Also worked in banking and as controller in the private equity area.
