When we founded Return on Ideas, we did it with a huge technical ambition and desire to be relevant but, above all, with the conviction that, drawing on our differences, we could build a project that, mobilized us personally and that would leverage the best of each one of us.
// CLARA CARDOSO

Responsible for the Knowledge area of Return on Ideas, she is on the genesis of the conceptualization and launch of new products and projects, and monitoring all developed investigations. She began her professional life in banking, worked in strategic consulting and in projects related to information technology. Since 2009, with the release of the C-The Consumer Intelligence Lab, she is exclusively dedicated to the production and dissemination of knowledge about consumers and markets.

Key part in monitoring projects of knowledge at Return on Ideas, currently coordinates all investigations undertaken by C-The Consumer Intelligence Lab. Joana also ensures all the administrative and financial matters of the company, as well as the daily office subjects. Devoted her previous professional life to consultancy in different areas, with particular focus on web strategy.
// ASSUNÇÃO CUNHA

Graduated in Social and Cultural Communication, with a major in Cultural and Touristic Communication, Assunção began her career in the Art Market. In 2018 she joined Return On Ideas, where she works mainly in the area of ‘Knowledge’, with particular emphasis on research on trends and future thinking. At ROI, she leads a research platform on trends in the fields of architecture, design, urbanism, culture and leisure.

With a degree in General Studies and a master’s degree in Data Driven Marketing, began her professional career in marketing and advertising agencies. Joined Return on Ideas in 2023, taking on responsibility for client support, platform management and communication. As a consumer & market insight consultant, is also part of project teams such as C-The Consumer Intelligence Lab or Saúdes (AGEAS Group).

Joined Return on Ideas in 2024, where is part of the knowledge area, having started her collaboration with the management of the C-Lab project ‘Id dos Imigrantes em Portugal’. With a degree in Economics and Management, began her professional journey in the areas of food and sustainability, having started her career as an economist and consultant at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, where still works today.
